City Civil & Session Judge, Bengaluru in Crl.Misc.No.3976/2017 disposed of on 26.05.20174. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to travel abroad as he is seeking an employment in abroad. He has already submitted necessary application in this regard and the impugned bail condition has been causing him untold hardship and injury. He submits that he has complied all the bail conditions till date and the alleged offences are triable by the Court of Magistrate. 4. Learned Addl. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also having regard to the averments made in the petition, I am of the considered opinion that the prayer made by the petitioner for relaxation of condition No.(iii) imposed by the Court of XLV Addl. City Civil & Session Judge, Bengaluru in Crl.Misc.No.3976/2017 disposed of on 26.05.2017 needs to be relaxed. 6. Accordingly, the following:- ORDER i. Criminal Petition is allowed. ii. Condition No.(iii) imposed by the Court of XLV Addl. City Civil & Session Judge, Bengaluru in Crl.Misc.No.3976/2017 disposed of on 26.05.2017 stands relaxed. iii.
