The petitioner in the instant petition is seeking the benefit of judgment passed by the Hon’ble Full Bench of this Court on 22nd February, 2022 in CWP No. 2711 of 2017, titled as Baldev vs. State of H.P.& Ors., along connected matter. 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 3. Petitioner is stated to have submitted his representation to the competent authority, copy of which has been placed on record as Annexure P-8. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner, Annexure P-8, within eight weeks from today by passing a detailed and reasoned order strictly in terms of judgment in Baldev’s case (supra). In case, the petitioner is found similarly situated as petitioners in Baldev’s case (supra), she shall also be granted the same benefits as granted to petitioners in above referred case. 5.
