The learned counsel for the revision petitioner is also not pursuing the matter diligently and there is a concurrent finding. On 25.10.2023 also the learned counsel for the revision petitioner was absent and this Court granted final opportunity. On 02.11.2023 also the learned counsel for the revision petitioner was absent and this Court granted one more opportunity on payment of cost of Rs.500/-. Inspite of it, the matter was not pursued. On 16.11.2023, both the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent were absent and NBW was issued against the revision petitioner and the same is not executed.
