Learned counsel for the petitioners has fairly submitted that petitioners be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise their grievances before the trial Court. 3. Allowed to do so. 4. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. However, the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously preferably with a period of 06 months.
