Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28801 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
