The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dhalbhumgarh PS Case No.10 of 2019, for offence registered under section 467, 468, 420, 406, 34 IPC, pending in court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ghatshila. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that allegations are made that the informant has received scratch card and it has been stated that on being scratched the same the informant will get amount of Rs.13,20,000/- and further for releasing the said amount, certain directions have been made to pay certain amount and thereafter the said amount will be released. He submits that allegation is made that certain amount has also been received in the account of the petitioner and in identical situation co- accused has been granted anticipatory bail in ABP No.120 of 2025 and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 11. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations are there of duping the petitioner on the basis of scratch card. 5. Considering that in identical situation the coaccused has been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid by learned Sessions Judge and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ghatshila, in connection with Dhalbhumgarh PS Case No.10 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
