The instant CRMP No. 1610/2018 filed by the petitioner with following prayer: “It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to :- 1. To pass an order to quash the proceedings of the case no. 19208/2016 pending before the J.M.F.C. Raipur 2. To pass an order to quash the order dated 17/04/2018 passed by the learned J.M.F.C. Raipur of the registration of the case. 3. To kindly pass any other order which may deem fir & circumstances of the case.” 3 3. The instant CRMP No. 1223/2018 filed by the petitioner with following prayer: “It is therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and quash the entire proceedings of the complaint case 1902/2018 filed by the respondent No.1/complainant under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, against the petitioner and respondent No.2 , before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur (C.G.) in the interest of justice accordingly.” 4. From perusal of the impugned orders and materials available on records, it transpires that these matter relate to year 2018 and today when the matter is called out, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, as such, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter due to efflux of time. 5. Accordingly, both the petitions are dismissed on this ground alone. 6. OfÏce is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court for necessary information and compliance. 7.
