Quash the FIR as against the Petitioners in Crime No.0322/2024 dated 10/10/2024 filed by Madiwala Police Station, Bangalore, for the alleged offence punishable under Section 3(1) (r) (s) of the SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, and - 6 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20578 WP No. 10557 of 2025 C/W CRL.P No. 11516 of 2024 Section 3(5), 351(2), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023, on the file the learned City Civil and Sessions (CCH-71), Bengaluru, to meet the ends of justice and b. Pass other orders by Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, including costs in the interest of justice." 2. In both the petitions, memos duly signed by respondent No.2 and his counsel have been filed and the same are taken on record. 3. Petitioner No.2 & 4-accused Nos.2 & 4 in W.P.No.10557/2025, petitioner No.2-accused No.2 in W.P.No.11516/2024 and respondent No.2-complainant in both the petitions and their counsel are physically present before the Court. Respondent No.2 and his counsel admit the contents of the Memos, which reads as under:- In W.P.No.10557/2025 "MEMO Respondent No.2 submits that the aforesaid matter has been settled out of court. Therefore, this Respondent No.2 have no objections to allow the Petition and quash the proceedings in Crime No.223/2024 dated 01/07/2024 filed by Anekal - 7 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20578 WP No. 10557 of 2025 C/W CRL.P No. 11516 of 2024 Police Station, Bangalore Dist., which is pending on the file of the Prl. Civil Judge (Jr.Dn.) & JMFC Court, Anekal, - 8 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:20578 WP No. 10557 of 2025 C/W CRL.P No. 11516 of 2024 Bengaluru Rurla Dist., in relation to the petitioners, are hereby quashed. (iii) The FIR in Crime No.322/2024 dated 10/10/2024 of Madiwala Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Section 3(1) (r) (s) of the SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, and Section 3(5), 351(2) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2023 pending on the file the learned City Civil and Sessions (CCH-71), Bengaluru., in relation to the petitioners, are hereby quashed.
