Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Manjhiaon P.S. Case No. 121 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 137(2) and 87 of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Garhwa. 3. On 09.12.2024, the daughter of the informant was enticed by the petitioner to leave her lawful guardianship. 4. The statement of the victim has been recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S, in which, she has stated that she has left her lawful guardianship according to her own wish. 5. It appears that there is love affairs between the parties. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
