The present application under Section 482 B.N.S.S. has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicants in Case Crime No. 604 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 130, 351(3), 352, 109 B.N.S., Police Station Iglas, District Aligarh. 3. After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to the applicants to surrender and apply for regular bail. 4. In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
