JUSTICE MITALI THAKURIA ORDER Date : 27-05-2025 Heard Ms. Shisa Jamir, learned counsel for the peti- tioner. Also heard Ms. Bichano Kithan, learned Government Ad- vocate for the State respondents. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate. for the petitioner that pursuant to the order dated 02.05.2025 passed by this Court, the affidavit-in-opposition on behalf of the State respondents have already been filed annexing the letter communicated to her on 28.04.2025 as well as the Notification dated 05.03.2025. As per the annexure-2 letter communicated to her it is seen that the case of the petitioner is duly processed as per the Notification No.AR/LEGAL:-5/8/2024 dated 05.03.2025 issued by the Personnel & Administrative Depart- ment (Administrative Reforms Branch). Ms. Shisa Jamir, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the Notification, the petitioner has already completed 30 years of service and as per the Notification and the letter communicated by the State respondents, the case of the petitioner will be considered accordingly, she has no objec- tion if the present petition is closed. However, she submitted that since the petitioner will be retiring next month her case may be considered expeditiously so that the petitioner can get all the benefits. Page No.# 3/3 In view of the above and considering the circum- stances of the case, the present writ petition is hereby closed with a direction to the State respondents to consider the case of the petitioner as soon as possible preferably within a period of one month.
