This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned First Information Report dated 28.11.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 132 of 2024, under Section 137(2) and 87 of B.N.S., Police Station Singramau, District Jaunpur. 3. Sri Ghanshyam Kumar, learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that in the present case Sections 65(1), 61(2) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3/4 POCSO Act have also been added. 4. We find that the FIR mentioned in the prayer clause is not under challenge and in the petition it has been accepted that the petitioner is not named in the first information report. 5.
