ORDER:-
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent Nos.3 and 4 at the behest of respondent No.5 are interfering in family dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.5.
2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that after the registration of Crime No. 44 of 2025 against the petitioner, the police called the petitioner to the police station for the purpose of enquiry and issued a notice under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023
3. Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
