Detenue is present in the Court as identified by the concerned Police officials. 3. It is not in dispute that date of birth of the detenue is 13.09.2007 and she is minor. In view of the above noted facts, the petition is disposed of with direction that the detenue be kept at Tejaswani Balika Aashray, Bundi till she attains the age of majority. Parents of the detenue shall be at liberty to meet the detenue as per procedure. 6. A copy of this order be provided to learned Government Advocate cum Additional Advocate General and a copy be sent to the Superintendent/Care Taker of Tejaswani Balika Aashray, Bundi for necessary compliance.
