ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3111 Respondent interfering with Petitioners property to the extent of 160 square yards in S No 88/5D of Sanjeevarayaputam village Rarnachandra puram Mandal Chittoor district at the instance of 5th Respondent without ascertaining the subject property pending application before the 4th Respondent as illegal arbitrary violative of Art 14 19 85 21 of the Constitution of India and principles of natural justice”

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and unofficial respondent.
3. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home seeks time to get instructions in the matter.
4. The present petition has been filed in the year 2020 seeking a direction to respondent-police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties.
5. In that view, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are
directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the parties, in case any crime is registered against the petitioner, the police are directed to follow due process to call the petitioner to the police station. There shall be no order as to costs.
