This Cr-lminaI Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner/A7, seeking anticipatory bail, in connection with Crime No.97 of 2025 of Duggirala Police Station, Guntur district. 2. A case has been registered against the petitioner herein and others for the offences punishable under Sections 61(2), - 338, 336(3), 318(4), 340(2), 351(3) and 79 read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is`that the de facfo complainant and his elder brother Rama Rao together purchased 43 cents of land in Survey No.80-1 from one pantham veera Raghava Rao of Pedakonduru village on 29.03.1997. After some time, when the de facfo comp'ainant took EC, he observed that 16 cents of land was registered in the name of A2, who is second son of A1,13 cents in favour of A3, the third son of A1, 8 cents in the name of A4, the grandson of' A1, .and 5 cents in the name of A5, another grandson of Al at Nujiveedu Sub-Registrar's office. lt is alleged th-at A6 and A7 are acted as witnesses to the said registration. ]t is alleged that when the farm was under the control of the de facfo E=is Rts| I-------,` ~-. :,.I.i.A SRK, J Crl.P.No.6688 of 2025 complainant, the accused created fake Will and forged death cerfificafes of Pantam Bapayya and Pantam Yashodamma and with the support of said forged and fake documents,. they registered the land of the de facfo complainant. 4. Heard. Perused the rec6rd. 5. A perusal of the material ton record goes to show that all the allegations are attributed against Al and other co-accused i.e.,.A2 to A5 only. The accusation against the petitioner herein/A7 is that, he acted as a witness to the alleged registration of documents. Except acting as a witness to the alleged documents, pr,'ma fac,'e, he .is no way connected to the alleged crime. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein/A7 on the following conditions. i) In the event of arrest of the petitioner herein in the aforesaid crime, he shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of R's.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) viith two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the concerned Arresting OffI'Cer. ii) Petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and he shall make hI-mSelf aVaI'lable for interrogation by a police officer as and when required, and he shall hot, directly or indirectly, t-*S . .I 75ffffff- EE c:,? The Criminal Petition is, accordingly, allowed.
