JUSTICE WASIM SADIQ NARGAL, JUDGE ORDER 03.02.2025 The instant petition with the efflux of time has been rendered infructuous, which has been filed way back in 2012 and the last date of hearing in the instant petition was 25.11.2013. The instant petition has come up for hearing before this Court after 11 years and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today. Even otherwise also, through the medium of the instant petition, the petitioner has sought a direction against the respondents to recommend the name of petitioner for appointment of Constable (GD) in INDO Tibetan Border Police Force 2011 on the basis of his superior merit. As per the stand of the official respondents, the commission has decided to revise the result of the petitioner and was conveyed to the petitioner vide communication dated 07.11.2013 and the petitioner has also been intimated vide communication dated 28.11.2013 that his representation has been considered and SSC HQ has conveyed the decision to revise the result. The result was required to be conveyed to the petitioner regarding his appointment within a short duration. Sr. No. 43 2 | P a g e SWP No. 2119/2012 In light of the aforesaid stand taken by the respondents whereby the respondents have decided to appoint the petitioner, nothing remains to be adjudicated any further in the instant petition, as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and this is perhaps the reason that the petitioner has not caused his appearance today before this Court. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of along with all connected application(s).
