Mr. Mazumder, learned counsel for the opposite party submits that he has no objection in the event of allowing this interlocutory application. Accordingly, taking note of the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties, in this interlocutory application stands allowed by permitting the applicant to bring on record, in RFA No. 32/2022, the contract agreement being Annexure – X of the appeal.
