The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bero P.S Case No. 65 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 333, 76, 109(1), 351(2) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class-XI, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and both sides are family members. He submits that the petitioner is aged about 70 years and false allegation has been made by a lady of 80 years of outraging the modesty, however in the FIR, the age has been disclosed as 40 years. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that there are allegations of outraging the modesty. 5. In view of the above and considering that the petitioner is aged about 70 years and it has been pointed out that the lady is about 80 2025:JHHC:26583 2 years however, the age has wrongly been disclosed as 40 years and there are case and counter case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of his surrender / arrest, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class XI, Ranchi, in connection with Bero P.S Case No. 65 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7.
