Case No. 04 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 121(2), 132, 127(1), 109(1) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, pending in the Court of Ishraque Zeya Khan, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. On 09.01.2025, at about 09:30 P.M., Madhuban Police had gone to arrest the accused of Madhuban P.S. Case No. 01 of 2025, Madhuban P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025 and Madhuban P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025. On seeing the police party, petitioner alongwith several accused persons started pelting stones on them in which several police personnels were injured. 4. It was submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different Co-ordinate Benches of this Court. 5. Mr. Pankaj Kumar, learned P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner is an accused in as many as 13 cases. 6. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and the fact that he is the named accused in the F.I.R., I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
