Ms. Livika, the learned Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Kohima North P.S. Case No. 39/2023. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that Page No.# 2/2 the petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court by order dated 20.03.2025 with the direction to appear before the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kohima on 21.03.2025 and in pursuant to the direction of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the said Court. 4. Since, the petitioner has complied with the directions and is ready to co-operate in the investigation, the interim anticipatory bail granted to him by order dated 20.03.2025 is hereby made absolute with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer of Kohima North P.S. Case No. 39/2023 within a period of seven days from the date of this order and co-operate in the investigation. 5. The petitioner shall comply with the condition Nos. 1 and 2, mentioned in the order dated 20.03.2025. 6. Any violation of the said condition shall be good ground for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner. 7.
