Learned AGP informs that the vigilance report has already received. 4. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already received the copy of the vigilance report and will respond to the same. 5. If the petitioner files his reply to the vigilance report, respondent No. 2 Caste Scrutiny Committee, after hearing the 2 116wp9380.25 petitioner shall decide the said proceedings within a period of one month from filing of the reply by the petitioner to the vigilance report. 6. We also clarify that the petitioner shall not seek any unnecessary adjournments and shall co-operate with the Caste Scrutiny Committee in deciding the proceedings expeditiously. ( ABASAHEB D.
