Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the accused- petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. The accused- petitioners are in custody since 13.06.2025 and 19.06.2025 respectively, the trial of the case may take considerable time. It is further contended that the amount which was received in the account of other co-accused Saleem and not in the accounts of the petitioners, the petitioners have not used their mobiles or sim cards in deceiving the Bank Officials or creating a forged letter- pad. It is further argued that the other similarly placed co-accused namely, Pradeep Kumar, Rajesh Kumar, Vikky Kumar have already been enlarged on bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide
order dated 23.06.2025 and the case of the present petitioners are not distinguishable from the other co-accused, therefore, the bail applications of the accused-petitioners may be allowed.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the grant of bail applications.
4. Heard and perused the material available on the record.
5. Without expressing anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the other similarly placed co-accused have already been enlarged on bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court and the main allegations of receiving amount are not against the petitioners, therefore, this Court deems it proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail.
6. Accordingly, these bail applications under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. are allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioners namely, 1. Ravi @ Baba S/o Rajkumar and Deepak S/o
