Suffice it to note that the second respondent issued a Communication to the petitioner on 05.02.2024 and requested for payment of arrears of Rs.27,939/-. The petitioner has suitably replied for the same on 10.03.2024. Taking note of the fact that the petitioner has suitably replied to the communication, this Court deems it proper to direct the BESCOM Authority to consider the reply submitted by the petitioner in accordance with the law, within two weeks from - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:25186 WP No. 11165 of 2024 the receipt of certified copy of this order.
