Heard learned counsel for the petitioner in part. 3. At this stage, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State, submits that the investigation officer is going to issue notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. following the judgment in Arnesh Kumar i/s. State of Bihar of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, stating that the aforesaid offences registered against the petitioner are punishable with less than seven years period of imprisonment. 4. Therefore, in view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the Investigating Officer to follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C.
