The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 44 of 2025 arising out of Sonari P.S. Case No. 52 of 2025, for the offences registered under Section 64(1) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 4,6 of the POCSO Act, charge has been framed under Section 64(2)(m) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge (POCSO), Jamshedpur. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the daughter of the informant whose age has been medically assessed to be about 17 (+) (-) 1 years. 4. This appears to be a case of adolescent love affairs between the parties. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (POCSO), Jamshedpur in connection with Special POCSO Case No. 44 of 2025 arising out of Sonari P.S.
