ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue a writ or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order declaring the action of the Respondent no 2 to 6 in interfering with the civil disputes at the instance of the 7th Respondent as illegal, improper, unjust, arbitrary and vocative of Article 14 and Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents no. 2 to 6 not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and 7th Respondent and to pass…”

Learned counsel representing for the writ petitioners is in attendance.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that one Sri B.Surendar Reddy/7th respondent presented a report to the police. Basing on the report, a case in Crime No.154 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 420, 447, 506 I.P.C. r/w 34 I.P.C. was registered on 28.09.2019 on the file of Srikalahasthi Rural Police Station, Tirupathi Urban District, against the writ petitioners, and investigated into the case and during investigation, it is found that the matter relates to civil dispute and therefore, police will not interfere in the impungned dispute, as it is civil dispute.
4. The submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home are placed on record.
5. In the light of submissions made by Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the matter is a civil dispute, and police
4 will not interfere in the impugned dispute. No further orders are required in the writ petition, and the writ petition can be closed at the stage of admission, without going into merits of the case.
6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed with an observation that police shall follow due procedure established by law in the case pertains to civil dispute. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
