B) Issue an order/direction/writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 and 2 to consider the Petitioner application whether online or offline affiliation for the academic year 2024-25 vide dated 05/03/2025 at Annexure-“F and G”, C) Pass any other appropriate order in the circumstances of the case including an order towards cost in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 06.03.2025, requesting for admitting students for the academic year 2024-25 and the application for grant of - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:14592 WP No. 10384 of 2025 affiliation submitted to the respondents have not been considered sofar by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of the present petition. 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondent/s submits that if reasonable time is given, they would consider and pass necessary order on the said application/representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider the representation dated 06.03.2025 based on the recognition order dated 05.03.2025 at Annexure-E and also the application of the petitioner (online and offline) dated 05.03.2025 for affiliation for the academic year 2024- 25 and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision, in accordance with law, within a period of one week from today. 6.
