Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No. 54 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 103(1), 238(b), 61(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. 3. On 06.06.2025, son of the informant, namely, Vijay Path went missing. On 08.06.2025, his motorcycle was found lying in abandoned condition in Village-Kundi. On 09.06.2025, his dead body was recovered from a coal pit at Village-Chamatu. Suspicion has been raised against the petitioner and co-accused Roshan Kumar that they might have committed the murder of the deceased, as they were last seen with him. 4. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that on the basis of confession of co-accused Roshan Kumar, murder weapon was recovered. It further appears that only allegation against the petitioner is that he has confessed his guilt. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar, in connection with Balumath P.S.
