A.G appearing for all the State respondents. The present contempt petition was filed for compli- ance of the order dated 11.04.2022 passed in W.P.(C) 96/2021 whereby it was disposed of by directing the respondents to grant the petitioner scale of pay within a period of four months. Ms. V. Suokhjrie, learned Addl. A.G submitted that as per the Notification dated 05.03.2025, the State Government is Page No.# 3/3 considering grant of scale of pay to all employees and it is under process. In this context, Ms. Atsula Kips, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has no objection in closing the present contempt petition provided that the case of the peti- tioner is considered as per the Notification dated 05.03.2025. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for both side and considering the policy as per the re- cent Government policy and as per the Notification stated above, dated 05.03.2025, the present contempt petition is hereby closed with a direction to the State respondents to consider the case of the petitioner preferably within a period of 4(four) months.
