JUSTICE YARENJUNGLA LONGKUMER O R D E R 15.05.2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Sentiyanger has produced a copy of the Agreement executed on 13.05.2025 between the petitioner, Smt. Kedilenuo Angami and the complainant by which the dispute between the complainant and the petitioner has been compromised. It is Page No.# 2/2 also stated in the Agreement that the FIR No. 007/2024 dated 01.10.2024 filed before the Women Police Station, Kohima against the petitioner has been withdrawn. He, accordingly, submits that the petition is infructuous and prays that it may be disposed of and that the Agreement dated 13.05.2025 may be kept on record. Learned Public Prosecutor, Mr. E. Thiba Phom has also produced Letter dated 14.05.2025 from the IO of the case, who has also stated that the complainant and the accused/petitioner have reached a mutual understanding and the complainant has decided not to pursue the case further and has also withdrawn the FIR. In view of the above stated facts and circumstances this petition is infructuous and accordingly disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
