1. Applicant has filed this first bail application under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.137/2023, registered at Police Station – Lailunga, District – Raigarh (C.G.) for offence punishable under Section 302, 120-B, 201, 212, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, and Section 25, 27 of Arms Act.

2 He however, submits that as the applicant is in jail since 19.05.2023 and none of the prosecution witnesses have been examined till date, the learned trial Court be directed to expedite the trial.
3. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the applicant, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. Further considering the date of detention of applicant since 19.05.2023 and the submission of
learned counsel for the applicant that none of the prosecution witnesses have been examined till date, the learned trial Court is
