Heard Smt. Nithya Sanyath, learned cousnel appearing for the petitioner. 3. The petitioner is said to be the land loser, whose lands are acquired for the purpose of formation of a National Highway by the National Highway Authority. Compensation is determined and paid. Against the determination of compensation, the petitioner has approached the Court of Session in arbitration proceedings petition Nos.78/2023, 79/2023, 80/2023, 81/2023, 82/2023 and M.P.No.109/2021. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that despite passage of two years, there is no order passed by the concerned Court disposing the petitions claiming higher compensation and further submits that the matter is being adjourned with the date of three months duration, at every point in time. 5. In the light of the prayer being innocuous and the petitioners entitlement to consideration of higher - 4 - NC: 2025:KHC:16630 WP No. 11370 of 2025 compensation, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned Court to dispose arbitration proceedings petition Nos.78/2023, 79/2023, 80/2023, 81/2023, 82/2023 and M.P.No.109/2021 with an outer limit of three months from today, if not earlier.
