Civil Writ Petition No. 7651/2024 titled as Mukesh Kumar Choudhary Vs. State of Rajsthan & Ors. and S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.16663/2024 titled as Jagdish Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. It is further submitted that in the said judgments directions were given for consideration of the representation filed by the petitioner therein before the concerned [2025:RJ-JP:2689] (2 of 2) [CW-738/2025] respondent-authority within a stipulated time of four weeks. Therefore, the instant petition can also be decided in same light. In view of the above, the present petition is also disposed of. Directions spelled out in the judgment passed in Mukesh Kumar Choudhary (supra) & Jagdish Singh (supra) be made applicable upon the instant petition.
