Mr. Tek Ram Sharma, learned counsel waives service of notice on behalf of newly impleaded respondent No.5. He prays for and is allowed five days’ time to have instructions about processing the case of the petitioner in light of the aforesaid office instructions. List on 08.01.2026.” 2.
