THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE MR JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that under similar circumstances this Court has disposed of the writ petition in W.P.No.34198/2024 on 18.12.2024, while noticing the order passed by the Division Bench in W.A.No.1783/2014 and connected appeals disposed of on 22.02.2024. Learned counsel prays for similar orders. 2. Accordingly, in terms of the orders passed in W.P.No.34198/2024, the writ petition stands disposed of in the following terms: "6. Following the declaration of law made by this court in the said writ appeals, the respondent- Bangalore Development Authority is directed to consider the case of the petitioner in accordance with law. It is to be noted that, as the petitioner has already approached respondent-Bangalore - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:16301 WP No. 10419 of 2025 Development Authority by making representation during the year 2010 and as the said representation are made earlier, it is open for the petitioner to make one more representation to the respondent- Bangalore Development Authority within two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and if such representation is made by the petitioner to the respondent-Bangalore Development Authority, the same shall be considered by the respondent-Bangalore Development Authority within an outer limit of four months, thereafter, in the light of the order dated 22.02.2024 passed in W.A.No.1783/ 2014 and connected writ appeals. Till the consideration of the representation that may be made by the petitioner as stated above, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
