The present application has been filed to quash the summoning order dated 21.01.2025 along with impugned chargesheet no.239 of 2024 dated 02.11.2024, under Sections-498-A, 323, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, Police Station-Mahila Thana, District- Muzaffarnagar along with entire criminal proceeding of Criminal Case no.1598/837 of 2025, State Vs. Adil and others, pending before Civil Judge (Junior Division), Fast Track, Court No.1, District-Muzaffarnagar. 3. From perusal of record, it appears that parties have settled their dispute amicably and this court considering this fact that vide order dated 03.03.2025 court below was directed to verify the aforesaid compromise and submits its report to this court. However, from the perusal of order sheet, it appears that notice has been served upon opposite party no.2 but report regarding verification of compromise is not available as on date. 4. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, present application is disposed of with a direction to the court below to verify the aforesaid compromise after summoning the parties in compliance of the order dated 03.03.2025 positively within the next one month from the date of receiving copy of this order. 5. After verification of the aforesaid compromise, court below will permit the parties to obtain certified copy of the same and may conclude the impugned proceeding, in accordance with law. 6.
