By way of this petition, the petitioner has sought the following relief(s):- SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Digitally signed by SIDDHANT TAMRAKAR Date: 2025.02.14 15:34:41 +0530 2 “10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash the impugned communication dated 29.05.2018 and further be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to release 50% pensionary benefits to the petitioner. 10.2 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.” 2. Mr. Pramod Shrivastava, Dy. Government Advocate appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner was acquitted by the Special Court (PCF) vide judgment dated 25.01.2020, whereas, date of his retirement was 28.02.2020. He would further submit that the State has paid all retiral dues to the petitioner and in this regard a letter has been received from Tahsildar, Antagarh, District North Bastar Kanker. He has placed on record the said document during course of hearing. 3. Taking into consideration the fact that the entire retiral dues have already been paid to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive his prayer if cause of action still survives. 4. The documents supplied by Mr. Pramod Shrivastava, Dy.
