The petitioner herein is assailing the order in RRT(D)/207/2022-23 dated 05.09.2022 (Annexure-A) passed by Respondent No.3. 3. Having taken note of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned HCGP, the order impugned at Annexure-A is appealable under Section 136(2) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act. 4. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is not maintainable. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner herein to avail the efficacious remedy provided under the said Act. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
