The order 11.11.2022 passed by the respondent No.2/District Basic Education Officer, Jaunpur is under challenge by which the claim of the petitioner for compassionate ground has been rejected. 2. After some arguments, a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioner to permit the petitioner to file appeal before the Secretary of Board, U.P. Basic Education Board Prayagraj 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection. 4. In this view of the matter, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file appeal before the Board, U.P. Basic Education Board Prayagraj within a period of three weeks from today along with certified copy of this order. In case, the petitioner do so, the Secretary, Board, U.P. Basic Education Board Prayagraj will pass appropriate orders in the matter most expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months thereafter strictly in accordance with law.
