The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 05 of 2023, for the offence registered under Sections 313, 323, 341, 364, 376(n), 406, 420 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri M. K. Mishra, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. On the pretext of marriage, petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix, who is an adult lady. Later on, petitioner refused to marry her. It appears that parties are in live-in-relationship for the last seven years. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri M.
