Order 14/08/2025
1. These instant bail applications have been filed under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. on behalf of accused-petitioners. The accused- petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No.217/2025, registered at Police Station Sikari, District Deeg, for the offence(s) under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 317(2), 317(4), 317(5), 303(2), 313 and 61(2) of B.N.S. and Section 66-D of I.T. Act.
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the accused- petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is contended that the offences are exclusively triable by Magistrate, the accused-petitioners are in custody since long, there are no criminal antecedents against the accused-petitioners and the trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, the bail applications of the accused-petitioners may be allowed.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the grant of bail applications.
4. Heard and perused the material available on the record.
5. Without expressing anything on the merits of the case and the offences are exclusively triable by Magistrate, there are no criminal antecedents against the accused-petitioners, the petitioners are in custody since long and the trial of the case may take considerable time, therefore, this Court deems it proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail.
6. Accordingly, these bail applications under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. are allowed and it is ordered that the accused-petitioners
