The present CRMP has been filed for the following prayer:- “It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and quash the entire charge-sheet No. 79/24 dated 29.04.25 (wrongly mentioned as 24.04.2024) including the order of taking cognizance in Criminal Case No. 1170/2025 pending before CJM Dhamtari, District Dhamtari (C.G.) ANNEXURE P/1 (colly) against the petitioners in the interest of justice.” 2. The present petition has been filed for quashing of the entire charge-sheet filed against the petitioners but the prayer does not mention about the offences under which the charge-sheet has been filed. 3. As the petition has been carelessly drafted thus the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present CRMP with liberty to file a fresh. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5. Accordingly, the present CRMP is dismissed as withdrawn with 3 the aforesaid liberty. 6. Certified copy of impugned orders be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining the photo copy of the same.
