Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Cyber P.S. Case No. 86 of 2023 corresponding to Cyber Case No. 15 of 2023 for the offences registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(B), 66(C), 66(D), 67(B) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi. 3. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 8959 of 2024 by order dated 06.12.2024. 4. Ranchi Cyber Police got confidential information that obscene photographs of minor children were being uploaded on the website. During course of investigation, the complicity of the petitioner has transpired. 5. It was submitted that no victim has turned up to claim that the petitioner has uploaded her obscene photographs or exploited anybody. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Ranchi in connection with Cyber P.S.
