Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:- “i. That the respondents may be ordered to issue bonafide certificate in favour of petitioner with immediate effect.” 2. This Court is of the considered view that it is not for this Court to issue any directions to issue a bonafide certificate because it is for the Authority to see as to whether the 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:28917 applicant, who applies for any such certificate, is entitled for the issuance of certificate or not. 3. Therefore, the petition is disposed of with the observation that in case, the petitioner does approaches the competent for the grant of bonafide certificate, then appropriate order be passed thereupon, in the light of the Rules and Regulations in vogue, with regard to the issuance of such certificate. If the petitioner approaches the Authority concerned, within a period of two weeks from today by way of a representation, then let appropriate order be passed thereupon within a period of six weeks, as from the date of receipt of the representation.
