Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. 3. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by way of response to the notice dated 29.03.2025 issued by the respondents to the petitioner, petitioner would submit a detailed reply by appearing before respondent No.1 on 11.04.2025 along with detailed objections, pleadings, documents, etc., and respondent No.1 may be directed - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:15283 WP No. 10147 of 2025 to consider the same and take appropriate decision for release of the vehicle as expeditiously as possible. 4. Per contra, learned AGA for the respondents submits that in the event petitioner appears before respondent No.1 and files objections, pleadings, documents, etc., respondent No.1 shall consider the same as expeditiously as possible. 5. The said submission is placed on record. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petition stands disposed of directing the petitioner to appear before respondent No.1 on 11.04.2025 at 11 A.M. along with necessary pleadings, objections, documents, etc. Further, respondent No.1 shall consider the same and take appropriate decision / pass appropriate orders as regards release of the subject vehicle bearing No.KA-40 4662 in favour of the petitioner on or before 21.04.2025. 7.
