Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) Learned Counsel for the private respondent apprises the Court that the measurements of the work executed by the petitioner have been carried out by the Department. 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that as per his instructions, these measurements are not acceptable to the petitioner. He further submits that a direction be issued to the authorities to carry out the measurement afresh. 3. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the measurements carried out by the Department, he can avail such remedy, as is available to him in law.
