It is submitted that the payments due payable to the petitioner were also uploaded in the CFMS Portal. However, no amounts have been forth coming from the 2nd respondent. 2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that now the payments are routed through NIDHI Portal, and that the 2nd respondent has issued written instructions to the Standing Counsel that the bill will be processed in NIDHI Portal within a period of thirty (30) days. 3. Recording the submissions, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are hereby directed to verify and release the payments due payable to the petitioner within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
