Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 169 of 2024 arising out of Borio P.S. Case No. 21 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. No. 276 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 323, 341, 506, 376-D of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Sahibganj. 3. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 105 of 2025 by order dated 14.01.2025. 4. On 07.03.2024 at about 8.30 pm, the petitioner is alleged to have gang raped the prosecutrix at a place near Lakra river. 5.
