By this application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 the petitioner, namely, Saju Haque Barbhuiya @ Shaju Barbhuiya, has prayed for pre-arrest bail in connection with PRC No. 424/2024 pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cachar, Silchar. Page No.# 2/2 Petitioner has been shown as an absconder in the charge sheet where the allegation under Section 376 IPC has been made. The petitioner submits that he has already married the victim girl. Under the given circumstances, the bail application of the petitioner is allowed. The petitioner Saju Haque Barbhuiya @ Shaju Barbhuiya is directed to appear before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cachar, Silchar within 10 (ten) days from today in connection with PRC No. 424/2024. On appearance, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cachar, Silchar shall allow the petitioner to go on bail of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.
